İBRAHİM KAYA professor of low Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University.Born in İstanbul.Graduated from Ankara University - Turkey with BA ( 1992).Completed his LLM in Public International Law (1995) and PhD (2000) at the University of Nottingham and Keele University School of Law - UK,respectively.Became Associate Professor of Public International Law in 2006. Taught courses on international law,ıntroduction to law,constitutional law,comparative government and EU at state and private universities,including Bogazici University and Turkish Academy of War. Awarded scholarships by the hague Academy of International Law and Turkish Academy of Sciences (TUBA) in 2003 for post doctoral research and education.Fulbright awarded a scholarships of the Us Institutes,hosted by the University of Massachusetts (2007).Completed a Certificate Program on ′′ Mediation ′′ organized jointly by Cardozo School of Law,Hamline University School of Law and Central European University (2010).
